I would add that showing up for work in any venue that is not supposed to be sexualized, such as a courtroom, boardroom, classroom or lab (as opposed to a music video shoot or other performance space that is about sex)is distracting, whether you are male or female. What do you want your audience to be thinking about? A federal judge gave a talk a few years ago about recommended courtroom attire. He reminded everyone that he looks down from his bench onto the lawyers arguing before him. If he is looking down your shirt, he is less likely to hear or remember the words coming out of your mouth. It’s up to you.
